Transitioning to the New App
-
We’re switching to a new app to provide a smoother, faster, and more reliable experience for our players. The new Conquer app brings improved performance, fewer bugs, and new features designed to make booking and managing your games easier.
With the new app, you’ll have access to features like web booking, court rentals, waitlists, and improved booking options for lessons and clinics. Our goal is to make it easier than ever to find, book, and play pickleball with Conquer.

No. You can log in to the new Conquer app using the same email address associated with your current account.
-
For now, just make sure you're using the latest version of the current Conquer app. When the new app goes live, here's what to expect:
iOS users will see a message displayed inside the current Conquer app with a direct link to download the new app.
Android users will receive an email at launch with a link to the new app.
-
Once the new app is live, you will still have access to the current Conquer app, but it will only be used to help guide you through the transition. The app will display a link to download the new Conquer app, and games will no longer be available to view or book through the current app.
After downloading the new app, simply log in using the email address associated with your current Conquer account to continue booking games. Once you have successfully transitioned, the old app can be deleted.
